In an Emergency

We provide emergency veterinary care for our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at our premesis. If you have an emergency please telephone the practice on the normal number (01926 337790).

During working hours arrangements will be made for you to be seen at the surgery immediately if needed. Outside of our opening hours you will be connected to an answerphone message, giving directions on  how to contact the vet on emergency call. The vet on call will then arrange with you for your pet to be seen if needed.

We ask whenever possible that you bring your pet to the surgery for treatment as all of our equipment is here. However, in some circumstances it may be in your pets best interest to be seen at home and this will be arranged if necessary. An extra charge is made for home visits.
